Welcome to Guggenberger Appraisal Services, where we are dedicated to providing our clients with exceptional appraising services. With over 20 years of experience and over 7,000 appraisals performed, we are a team of experienced and knowledgeable appraisers who are committed to providing quality valuation reports on time!

Areas We Serve
We are based out of Cold Spring, Minnesota, but we serve the entire state with appraisers stationed in Northern Minnesota, Central Minnesota, and the Twin Cities Metro area. Some projects have brought us to Wisconsin, Iowa, and the Dakotas. Please reach out to see if we service your area!

Certified General Real Property Appraiser
Brian started Guggenberger Appraisal Services in 2002 and obtained his Certified General License in 2006. Since then, Brian has garnered a diverse set of clients and is the premier commercial and residential appraising option for lenders in Central Minnesota. Brian has extensive experience across the state of Minnesota and has serviced client needs that span across the Midwest. Prior to starting Guggenberger Appraising Services, Brian owned and operated a pizza restaurant.

Appraisal Support Specialist
Prior to joining Guggenberger Appraisal Services in 2015, Julie held positions of marketing director for a private architectural firm and various clerical and staff supervisory positions in the K-12 public education sector. Julie provides appraisal support and account management services for the business.

Trainee Real Property Appraiser
Evan joined the team as a Trainee Appraiser in 2024 and is based in the western suburbs of the Twin Cities. Prior to joining the team, Evan held positions in management, project management, and engineering at various construction and manufacturing companies across the state. Evan has a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of St. Thomas. Evan is currently pursuing his Certified General License.
